 I charge $2 /hr and a minimum charge of $1. I also offer other services like scanning, photocopying, cd burning, etc.. Does Powertimer support these services? Are these other services also included when generating report?

YES.
Powertimer is based on a per hour mode of charging so just specify your rate per hour. Minimum charge can also be applied for logins consumed in minimal minutes.
Other services/charges can also be specified and will be available when generating a report.

Powertimer 1.5.0 now supports per-minute charging. You have the option to enable/disable per-minute charging for every login.
